Derobio Eskrima is a sword-based art that seeks to redirect incoming aggression as well as neutralize the intention to harm. As a cultural martial art with deep history, it is handed down to future generations for use in self-defense and self-enrichment. Students first learn the movements with sticks, but the bladed concepts can also be applied to the use of improvised items as well as unarmed defense.
